About Me:
Hello everyone, my name is Michael Hennessee. I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and wanting to persue on my BA in management. I am hoping to seeking a Sous Chef position in a restaurant or chef assistant. I have always loved cooking ever since I was able to walk and talk. I started working in the food industry when I was 15 yrs old as a bag boy at Winn-Dixie. I hope to own and managed my own restaurant or business.
General:
Besides cooking, I enjoy walking my pets at the park or cooking homemade dog treats for them. Also, I enjoy growing my own garden and learning how to take care of fish.

Who Id like to Meet:I would like to meet anyone that is willing to teach someone cooking skills or just how true restaurant life is in this vast economy. My idol is bobby flay and the chefs at our school.
Music,Television, and Movies:
I like all kinds of music but mostly country and rap. I will watch any show. I confess I watch the food network a lot more than I use too. I have not seen any good movies yet but would love to see or watch any movie dealing with cooking or restaurant life.
Books:
I have read cooked by Chef Jeff Henderson and currently reading books about Chef Auguste Escoffier and other books about famous chefs. Also, I love to take a cookbook, grab a recipe out of it and enhance it.
Skills:
Proficient in frying mulitiple orders at once, handling 400 covers or more. I am able to do prep detail by detail and follow instruction. Proficient in sauting, grillings, pantry, pizza cooking, and much more needed in the kitchen.
