How to Make A Basket?
Get all essential ingredients.
Grab a dough mixer with the dough hook.
Take your white dough mixture and Blend until dough ball forms.
Wrap dough ball up while u mix the colored dough.
Next Blend your colored dough mixture.
Make sure your setting is 99 and handle on the 2 setting.
Then take your dough and grab a rolling pin and roll out the dough to 1/8 or 1/18-inch thickness.
After dough is rolled out next take u a knife and cut into strips doesn’t matter the width.
Next take your strips of white dough and colored dough and weave until there is a basket look. Doesn’t matter what the color looks like or pattern cause it is up too you.
Then you grab a small mixing bowl (0.7mm ¾ inches) and cut parchment paper the size of the bowl and place it over the parchment paper (one crucial step is make sure it is sprayed with nonstick spray.
Next place dough basket on a cooking sheet and put in a (stove at home 250 degrees until it is light brown on outside and stove in a commercial kitchen I am estimating 500 degrees)
While oven is being preheated now is time to make the handle. Roll out dough into a strip like a thin log using the left over dough. And then twist like a swirl and make sure the opening to your handle (0.7mm ¾ inches) the size of your bowl.
Last bake and then put in on display. U can either glaze it with egg whites or not depending what look you are going for.
